Questions
Frequently asked
Do I need to be present for repairs?
+
Usually not. Tenants report faults to us using the support number on the appliance, and we arrange access with them directly. We'll keep you informed where you ask us to.
How much does it cost?
+
Every portfolio is different, so we don't publish fixed prices. Tell us about your properties and we'll put together a tailored written proposal.
Is appliance rental tax-deductible for landlords?
+
For many landlords, rental payments for appliances in a let property can be claimed as an allowable expense against rental income. Tax rules depend on your circumstances, so please confirm with your accountant.
Can you take away the old appliances?
+
Yes. We can remove existing appliances at installation and send them for responsible recycling.
What isn't covered?
+
Deliberate damage and vandalism are excluded. Cover for accidental damage can be discussed as part of your proposal.
Can you work with HMOs and shared kitchens?
+
Yes. Tell us how many units and kitchens are involved, and we'll recommend appliances suited to heavier, shared use.
