What we collect
Contact details (name, email address, phone number), delivery and address history, appliance and delivery preferences, identity verification results, and payment details processed by our payment provider.
Why we collect it
To assess and set up your rental agreement, verify your identity, arrange delivery and installation, take payment, provide repairs and support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Identity and payments
Identity verification and card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our systems. Stripe processes this data as a separate controller under its own privacy policy.
Sharing your data
We share data only with service providers who help us deliver the service — for example our payment and identity provider and our delivery team — and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep rental and financial records for as long as needed to run the agreement and for six years afterwards to meet accounting and legal requirements. Enquiries that don't convert are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email info@midlandsappliancerentals.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use only the cookies needed to keep the site and booking form working, plus basic analytics to understand how the site is used.
