When something breaks, we sort it.
All appliances provided by Midlands Appliance Rentals are maintained and covered for mechanical faults and normal wear and tear during your rental. If a fault occurs, we arrange a repair or a replacement as quickly as possible.

- Mechanical faults
- Electrical faults
- Normal wear & tear
- Replacement appliance support where required
Where a covered fault cannot be resolved, replacement appliances are typically provided within 72 hours.
Not included
- ✗ Accidental damage
- ✗ Misuse or neglect
- ✗ Foreign objects causing damage
- ✗ Deliberate damage
- ✗ Damage caused by incorrect third-party installation
Additional charges may apply where damage falls outside normal wear and tear.
