All appliances supplied by Midlands Appliance Rentals are checked before installation and are covered for mechanical faults and normal wear and tear during your rental.

If a fault occurs, we will arrange a repair or replacement appliance as quickly as possible to minimise disruption.

If a fault occurs due to blockages, foreign objects, misuse or accidental damage, a £60 repair charge may apply.

Midlands Appliance Care Plan (Optional)

Customers can add the Midlands Appliance Care Plan for extra protection and peace of mind.
Pricing starts from £4.99 per month, depending on the number of appliances covered.

This optional plan covers common accidental issues such as:

* Appliance blockages
* Foreign objects causing faults
* Door seal damage
* Minor accidental damage

With this plan, the standard £60 repair charge is waived.

Protection can be added based on the number of rented appliances in your home.

The plan must be active before a fault occurs for repair charges to be covered.

Reporting a Fault

If you experience an issue with your appliance, please contact us as soon as possible.

The quickest way to report a fault is by sending us a message with photos or a short video of the issue. This helps us diagnose the problem quickly and arrange a repair or replacement appliance.

Important

Faults must be reported as soon as possible. Continued use of a faulty appliance may cause further damage which could result in additional charges.
